🚲 Return & Refund Policy

At Tzar Bike, we are committed to building bikes that reflect your personality, preferences, and riding goals. While each bike is custom-built, we aim to ensure a smooth and fair return experience should anything not meet your expectations.


⏳ Return Window

- Delivered Bikes: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions.

- Ineligible Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for bikes that show signs of usage, damage, or customization as per customer-provided specifications.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- The bicycle must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.

- It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, documents, and tags intact.

- The product must pass our quality check upon return.


❌ Non-Returnable Scenarios

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

- Customized bicycles (including frame color, decals, accessories) built to customer specification, unless defective or damaged in transit.

- Bikes that have been used, assembled, or show visible wear.

- Damaged returns due to improper repacking or handling.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges in the following scenarios:

- You received the wrong model or configuration.

- There was visible damage on delivery (must be reported within 48 hours).

- You received a defective bike or part.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@tzarbike.com with images and your order ID.


💳 Refund Process

- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of quality approval.

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

- Refund confirmation and reference number will be emailed to you.


🚚 Return Procedure

Contact us at info@tzarbike.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will assess and provide return shipping instructions.

Pack the bike securely in the original packaging and hand it over to the assigned courier.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund/exchange will be processed.
