1. Why Do We Charge for Delivery?

We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, India Post, and others to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.

- We do not own last-mile delivery fleets.

- Our shipping charges only cover the actual cost of transportation—we do not profit from shipping fees.

- This allows us to focus fully on what we do best: crafting your unique, personalized bicycle.

2. Additional Charges for Bulky or Heavy Orders

Since bicycles are large and sometimes heavy products, additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases:

- Your entire cart exceeds a certain size or weight threshold.

- Shipping rates are calculated based on volumetric weight or actual weight—whichever is higher.

Volumetric Weight Formula:
(Length × Breadth × Height in cm) / 5000

Note: These charges are based on the full shipment, not individual items. They vary by region and are shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

We ship from our central warehouse and build locations, and our timelines reflect both manufacturing and delivery time.

- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days*

- Remote locations: May take longer depending on courier availability

- Exact delivery dates: Will be shown during checkout based on your PIN code

*Please note: All bicycles are custom-built after an order is placed. The build and quality check process may add 2–4 days to the shipping estimate.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order status anytime from your Order History in your account dashboard.

We currently ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
