We ship orders using third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage in transit passes to you upon delivery, though we will work with you and our shipping partner to resolve any issues arising from damage during transit.
Because our bikes are custom-built to your specifications, orders are generally final once production has begun. Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship are covered under our warranty terms; normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic variation inherent to hand-painted finishes are not covered. Please contact us for the specific warranty period and claims process applicable to your bike.
